Request for Proposals

The Raymond School District is seeking proposals to retrofit lights and associated control systems in Raymond Junior/Senior High School and Raymond Elementary School to improve operating efficiency. Proposals from both material suppliers and electricians are sought, singly and/or combined.

The projects specifications, as determined by Public Utility District #2, are available here. The work is to be completed no later than 31 August, 2018 and planned in such a way as to have minimal impact on student learning. Installation may be done at non-school times, such as scheduled breaks or during the summer.

In the event a vendor wishes to supply a complete proposal, including both parts and installation, the proposal is to include all items specified below.

In the event that a vendor wishes to propose to only supply parts, the proposal is to include:

  • Proposed equipment to meet PUD #2 requirements
  • Cost of such equipment
  • All freight, taxes and any other appropriate costs associated with the proposal

In the event that a vendor wishes to propose to only supply installation, the proposal is to include:

  • The cost of labor required to complete the project
  • All permit fees
  • An affidavit expressing intent and commitment to pay prevailing wage
  • All taxes and any other appropriate costs associated with the proposal
